What we are looking for?

• Designation - Sr RPA Developer
• Skills - UiPath(must), Automation Anywhere(preferable), Blue Prism(preferable), Power Automate(good to have), Database Concepts(must)
• Experience - 5+ years 

 

What is the work?

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation
• Design, develop and maintain UiPath workflows and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using best practices and design patterns
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team's processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technology

 

What skills and experience are we looking for? 

• Extensive experience with UiPath and related RPA tools
• Configuring and managing UiPath Orchestrator(must), including setting up robots, creating schedules, and monitoring execution   
• Experience RE framework(must) for developing automation workflows using UiPath Studio
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, practices and tools
• Experience with SAP (or any other ERP) integration or SAP as data source for automation (mandatory)
• Knowledge of database design and SQL(preferable)
• Experience in the development of intelligent automation solutions, such as machine learning or natural language processing.(preferable)
• Experience with at least one programming language, such as C#, Java or Python. (preferable)
• Understanding of REST APIs, XML, JSON and other web technologies.(preferable)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
