What is the work?

  • Planning, designing and executing online customer acquisition campaign.
  • To Scale and manage PPC campaigns across multiple channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • To Plan and manage social media and content marketing campaigns
  • To Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to plan and execute large scale marketing campaigns
  • To Measure, analyze, and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
  • To Manage email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers
  • To Edit / Write content for marketing collaterals such as ad copies, landing pages, etc.
  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
  • Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics
  • Measure and assess goals ROI
  • Device experiments and conversion tests
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
  • In-Depth Knowledge of SEO and latest updates of Google.


What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • B.Tech. or UG from a reputed institute required
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing especially PPC
  • Experience in executing online customer acquisition campaigns at a large scale.
  • Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google Adwords, Display, Youtube, Facebook, ad networks, etc. including how to set up campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones
  • In-depth understanding of the online marketing landscape to plan and execute strategies in affiliate marketing, search & display marketing, social media, and others.
  • Knowledge of leading technology tools used for various marketing campaigns.
  • Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets as well as delivery portfolio
  • Market intelligence around best practices & current trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time-sensitive business initiatives.
