Who are we looking for? 

Role Designation- Junior Customer Accounts Executive
Skill(s)- Customer Advocacy 
Experience Range- 1-2 years

 

What is the work? 
•    Co-ordinating with the development team to ensure the regular deliveries are sent to the client. 
•    Chasing development team to make sure the work on the project is going as per the agreed scope of work. 
•    Chasing client to ensure the project is running and receiving payments as per the agreed terms. 
•    Communicating with client over emails/call/text to check the project health. 
•    In case there is any internal / external discrepancies then the same need to be escalated further level, well within the time. 

 

What skills and experience are we looking for? 
•    A Team player having a blend of excellent solution provider.
•    Good Communication Skills.
•    Escalation handling is a plus.
•    Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
