Job Position/Title: Jr. Customer Advocate - Not for Accounts/Finance

Required Skills

  • Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with client over emails/call/text to check the project health
  • Need to chase client to ensure the project is running and receiving payments as per the agreed terms
  • Need to chase development team to make sure the work on the project is going as per the agreed scope of work
  • Need to coordinate with the development team to ensure the regular deliveries are sent to the client
  • In case there is any internal / external discrepancies then the same need to be escalated further level, well within the time
  • Escalation handling is a plus
