  • Designation- Customer Accounts Trainee
  • Skill(s)- Customer Advocacy
  • Experience Range- 0-1 year
  • Qualification- B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA, MCA                           

What is the work?

  • Co-ordinating with the development team to ensure the regular deliveries are sent to the client.
  • Chasing development team to make sure the work on the project is going as per the agreed scope of work.
  • Chasing client to ensure the project is running and receiving payments as per the agreed terms.
  • Communicating with client over emails/call/text to check the project health.
  • In case there is any internal / external discrepancies then the same need to be escalated further level, well within the time.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • A Team player having a blend of excellent solution provider.
  • Excellent Written and oral communication skills.
  • Candidate should be from technical/engineering background (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA, MCA)
