Business Development Manager (Domestic)

Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pre-sales with an IT company for (web / mobile) projects/services.
  • Experience in doing coordination with sales team and internal technical team for estimation.
  • Communicate with prospective clients through emails, telephone calls, skype, and face to face meeting etc. for requirement gathering and closure.
  • Experience with Indian clients, experience in working with Indian government clients would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in speaking English and grammar. Be able to express himself well over conference calls and in person meetings (required on a regular basis)
  • Good understanding of technology terminologies and trends i.e. Microsoft, Opensource Frameworks, Ecommerce, Cloud, etc.
  • Experience in creating proposals.
  • Experience in dealing with senior positions like CxO as client.
  • Experience in handling client escalation at project life cycle if required.
  • Experience of handling end to end inside sales process and for selling services (not products).
  • Has to understand custom project requirements and be agile in quote.
  • Quick learner.
  • Should be open for in person meeting with clients all over NCR and beyond if required.
  • Lead generation.
