SynapseIndia has always advocated this concept of having fun at work and for same various regular events and celebrations are organized. To ensure the balance is maintained in each and every employee of SynapseIndia, the HR team of the company pro-actively plan out each event and organize it so well that employees not only enjoy the event but they also get a chance to build bond between each other.
Celebrations are the regular part of SynapseIndia’s employees. Almost every festival is celebrated in the SynapseIndia Registered offices. Employees spend more than 8 hours each day in the organization and with due time they have built a good relationship between each other. Hence, it won’t be wrong to say that SynapseIndian celebrate each festival with their Family at work.
Festivals like Lohri, Makar Sakranti, Holi, Diwali, Dusshera, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve are the limelight of the celebrations at SynapseIndia. SynapseIndia Founder Shamit Khemka also believes that these celebrations not only boost the morale of employees at work but also improve them on internal communication & betters employee bonds.
Lohri Celebrations: Before the event day, everything is arranged for the celebration by HR team. Employees attending the function gather around the bon-fire and take immense pleasure of sweets, nuts and other edibles.
Holi Celebrations: As we all know Holi is festival of colors and in true sense, SynapseIndia Celebrates Holi with various colors of India. As, our employees set out for Holi Holidays during this period hence, the event is organized a day before the leaves starts. Various snacks, Drinks & other sweet dishes adds up to the Holi celebration fiesta.
SynapseIndia Diwali Celebrations: Like Holi, Diwali is also celebrated with much enthusiasm and encouragement. Crackers for the events are pre-arranged. The celebration starts with Shamit Khemka igniting the first cracker of the evening and then the employees take it forward with lighting crackers. Good refreshments are also arranged for the event that adds additional fun and enjoyment to the employee’s day at work.
Christmas Celebrations: Christmas being the festival of hopes and believes. SynapseIndia celebrates Christmas on Christmas Eve and all the employees’ shares gift among each other.
