Most fascinating aspect of my journey i can relate myself to company core values i.e. goal oriented, decisive, logical & meticulous, thinking beyond the box. Though i can associate myself with each of its value but the most loved one for me is thinking behind the box which reflects in its conducive democratize environment wherein each and every employee has freedom to put forward their thoughts. I have worked with SynapseIndia as an SEO Intern for a period of 2 months. This opportunity is a training cum internship for search engine optimization. The overall experience was quite enriching and received a deeper insight of how the industry functions. According to me, even though working from home, I learnt that the communication from my mentor was always transparent and regularly received constructive feedback on my ideas and work.
