The management has planned a memorable gala event with lots of exciting activities that will be organized at a new retreat location.
February holds a special value for everyone here at SynapseIndia. It marks the anniversary of the day (13th February) when, way back in 2000, a vision was conceptualized into a full-fledged IT outsourcing company. Since then, we have been celebrating our accomplishments on the milestone day at beautiful destinations across India, i.e. Mussoorie, Sariska, Dehradun, Damdama Lake, Unchagaon (Uttar Pradesh), Sohna, Meerut, Rishikesh, Behror (Rajasthan), etc.

The Foundation Day gives SynapseIndia employees a perfect retreat from work and they celebrate the function with high-spiritedness and vivacity. The highlights of the day comprise of team-building activities, recreation, delicious food, entertainment, fun-filled corporate games, motivational speeches, creative performances of employees, award ceremony, non-stop music and much more.
The day starts with a memorable journey in luxury buses from the Noida office to a great escape. After reaching the venue, which is full of picturesque landscape and modern amenities, team members take a short break and rejuvenate themselves for the lined up exciting activities. A mouth-watering lunch is served which consists of Indian, Italian, Mughlai, Continental and Chinese cuisines.
The gang of all employees takes part in corporate games that boost their team spirits. The management of the company ensures that the played activities are full of creativity, i.e. Sneak a Peak, Go-Kart Racing, Catch Phrase, Talking in Circles, Blind Drawing, Penny for your Thoughts, Salt & Pepper, Balloon Questions, Scavenger Hunt, Scramble Puzzle, Bonding Belt, Let us Guess, etc.
The fun-filled games are followed by recreation activities like swimming in a centrally heated pool and workout in a gym/fitness center. Then, the celebration day moves towards the evening that sets the stage for a keynote address by the Founder of the company and motivational speeches from other leaders. Awards are distributed to the top achievers and the event proceeds towards solo & group performances by comedians, singers, artists and employees.
Joy, laughter and passion take the party to the peak of enjoyment and then a delectable dinner is served in a charming environment. DJ music and dance fueled by cocktails put the party on fire. Bonfire adds more warmth & fun to the celebration mood and all employees are lost in the world of amusement. The luxury night stay in state-of-the-art rooms rejuvenates their energy level and they get up in the morning with a fresh mood. A palatable breakfast is served to the whole team amidst a serene & beautiful environment and finally they leave from the venue in luxury buses with unforgettable memories.
